How To: Disinfecting Your Board Room

With the current COVID-19 pandemic, we have been encouraging businesses to take responsibility and get disinfectant wipes and P.P.E. . While this is a great first step, it is also very important that their employees are trained on the proper use of the equipment.

To help, below we have a step by step process on how to properly use a Premium Roxton Disinfectant Wipe your board room.

Step 1: Disinfect all desks in the room. Focus on chairs and ensure that all areas that are being sat on or touched are disinfected.

Step 2: Disinfect all remotes and utensils that are used throughout the meeting.

Step 3: Disinfect any surfaces that are used during the meeting.

Step 4: Disinfect door handles when exiting the board room to ensure it is disinfected for the next use.

For more help on how to disinfect various surfaces properly, follow our YouTube channel by using the link below. Below is a link to a video on how to disinfect your board room. Don't forget to subscribe and like!

If P.P.E. is available, which we recommend, it is important that your staff is using their P.P.E. properly. Masks and face shields should be worn properly if necessary, and hand sanitizer should be used when entering and leaving an area, and whenever else necessary. We also now supply thermometers to help with screening.
