TOP 5 THINGS YOU CAN DO TO AVOID THE FLU!

Every article, every doctor, and every expert will tell you to wash your hands. What they don’t tell you is when to wash them. It should be the first thing you do in the morning and the last thing you do at night. Before and after food preparations. Before and after meals. And most definitely after any contact with another person or a pet.
There are lots of opinions as to their effectiveness and some may say they still got a flu anyway after getting one. But note - they may have gotten A flu bug, but they didn’t get THE flu bug. A flu shot is not designed to go after the little everyday ones, they go after the deadly ones, the 3-5 strains that WILL kill you.
This is so important it needs to be in the top 5 twice! When washing you need to be scrubbing with Soap and HOT water for a minimum of 25-30 seconds.
You might not be able to avoid them, so you need to educate them on how to protect themselves, and to wash their hands and don’t touch their face until they do.
During the colder months when you get tired and run down remember your immune system gets run down too. Your immune system is like little guardians that fight off the bad germs and bacteria. If they are less than functional then you are at risk.
