Roxton Foaming Hand Cleanser is a non-alcohol-based hand cleanser that does not disrupt the skin’s natural integrity. Water-less Foaming Hand Cleanser formulated  Benzalkonium Chloride solution dries fast, but is 10-15 seconds slower than alcohol-based hand sanitizers which allows for a deeper clean.
