Roxton Industries wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We endeavor to provide the best product, with a strong quality control and we partner with some of the best shipping companies across North America. However, if your product is not to your expectations due to how it was shipped or manufactured, we want to make it right.
Roxton Industries will exchange any product received in less than optimal condition. To notify us, simply call or email within 48 hours receipt of the arrival of your shipment and we will exchange the damaged product. P. 855-348-9473 Email. firstname.lastname@example.org. You can also contact us through our page here. Roxton Industries will require the damaged product be returned to the distribution center prepaid.
In the event Roxton Industries cannot replace your damaged product, we may at our sole discretion, opt to refund your purchase. Products must be in returned to the distribution center. All costs of shipping the product will be the responsibility of the customer. They will be processed once the product has been received. In the event the product is not defective, Roxton Industries may charge a 20% re-stocking fee. Requests for refunds are to be received within 72 hours of receipt of product. These are given at the sole discretion of Roxton Industries.
If your electronic fogger fails to operate due to manufacturer defective within 90 days of purchasing, please ship it back to us prepaid. We will review the product and determine if we need to repair or replace the unit. The product will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Roxton Industries.
If you are not satisfied with your Electronic Fogger, please ship it back to Roxton Industries prepaid within 10 days of delivery. All original packaging and instructional information must be included in order to receive a refund equal to the purchase price.
