SHIPPING

Local Pickup – 259 Gage Avenue, Unit 3

Local pickup is available for customers Monday – Friday between the hours of 9am and 5pm. Simply select “Warehouse Pickup” at checkout when choosing your shipping method. An email or phone call will be made to you when your order is ready for pickup. Pickup is at 259 Gage Avenue, Unit 3, Kitchener, Ontario, Canada. You may call or ring the doorbell once you have arrived, and a Roxton team member will assist you.

Regular Shipping

Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours (Monday – Friday) using shipping services like UPS, CanPar, and others. Shipping rates are variable and depend on weight, shipping destination, and other factors. Roxton Industries will always choose the most affordable shipping rate with the most optimal delivery date, unless otherwise requested.

Freight Shipping

In some cases, as a result of the quantity of products ordered or the weight of the overall shipment, Roxton Industries may ship your order with a freight service like Vitran. Roxton does its due diligence to ensure you receive the most affordable shipping option with the optimal delivery date. 

Free Shipping

Roxton Industries has a free shipping offer on all orders of $500 (CAD) or more. Once a customer has $500 worth of product in their cart (subtotal), they are able to select a free shipping option when selecting shipping methods. Roxton will then ship the order free of charge to the customer anywhere in Canada. This offer is subject to terms and conditions.
