We currently offer free shipping on all orders over $100 (Subtotal). If free shipping is available for this or any other reason, you’ll see “Free Shipping” as a shipping method option on the checkout page.
If your order says it was delivered but isn’t there, first check your tracking numbers and see if there are any additional notes on the order. Sometimes a carrier service may partially deliver some of the order, and “part” of your order was delivered. If you’re still unsure, you can contact us via phone at 855-348-9473 or via email at info@roxtonindustries.com and our team will do our best to help resolve the situation.
Once your order has been processed, the time it takes to ship to you depends on where in Canada you are located. Typically orders to all ten provinces can be expected to arrive within 5-7 business days. For freight orders, as well as orders to remote addresses as well as the territories of Nunavut, Yukon, and the Northwest Territories, you may have a slightly longer delivery timeline.
