Both of our Disinfecting Wipes are authorized for sale by Health Canada. You can view their registered Drug Identification Number, or DIN on the product page. A Drug Identification Number (DIN) is a computer-generated eight-digit number assigned by Health Canada to a drug product before being marketed in Canada.
No. Cleaning, Sanitizing, and Disinfecting all mean something different, and understanding the difference is important.   Cleaning removes dirt and organic matter from surfaces using soap or detergents. Sanitizing kills bacteria on surfaces using chemicals. It is not intended to kill viruses. Disinfecting kills bacteria, germs, and viruses on surfaces using chemicals.
Some disinfecting wipes may be effective at killing mold and mildew, but others may not. It is important to choose wipes that are specifically labeled as effective against mold and mildew.
We currently offer free shipping on all orders over $100 (Subtotal). If free shipping is available for this or any other reason, you’ll see “Free Shipping” as a shipping method option on the checkout page.
Our Disinfecting Wipes are good for two years from the date of manufacturing. The manufacturing dates will be listed either on the box or individual bag. Once opened, these products can be used for 12 months before the efficacy starts to diminish.
Both of our Disinfecting Wipes are likely to inactivate SARS-CoV – 2, which is the virus that causes COVID-19. Please follow the instructions on the packaging to ensure complete disinfection.
Since some of our products are quite heavy, shipping can get expensive. However, we have a few ways to help keep these costs down: We offer free shipping on all orders over a $100 subtotal Due to our products having a long shelf life (2 years from manufacturing, 1 year from opening of bag), ordering in bulk is a great cost-effective option.
Once your order has been processed and scheduled for shipment, you will receive either an invoice update with a tracking number, or an email with a tracking number directly from a Roxton team member. You can use this tracking number to track the progress of your order.
The shelf life of disinfecting wipes can vary depending on the brand and the type of wipes. However, most disinfecting wipes will last for about two years if they are stored properly.
Our team strives to process and ship out your order within one business day. Orders placed after 3 pm eastern time will be shipped out the next business day.   Should your order require a freight pickup instead of a regular parcel service, we commit to processing and shipping out your order within 3 business days. Note – As all of these involve external third-party partners, shipments are subject to delays. We will communicate and keep you up to date with any shipping updates regarding your order.
